Keeping The “Coronacation Blues” Away

The past few weeks, our nation has seen a rapid spread of the Coronavirus all throughout the world. As our entire country has been working together to limit the spread of COVID-19 within the United States, each citizen has given up a lot of their “normal” lives.

It is not as simple as walking out of your front door at any hour to hangout with friends or go to work or school; instead, we are prohibited from parts of our daily lives. TV series, sports, etc. are cancelled and even the 2020 Olympic games have been postponed to the coming year.

The staff here at The Ridge knows just how challenging quarantine can be, so we have put together a list of “Coronacation” activities.

  1. Go for a bike ride
  2. Play board games with your family
  3. Facetime or text a friend
  4. Listen to music
  5. Watch your favorite TV show
  6. Complete your homework assignments daily
